Team Affordable

Dedicated to making housing affordable for all, Fannie Mae tapped us to help craft their position and the story around housing affordability through a campaign, influencer program and rich content strategy including articles, infographics, podcasts and more. We developed a concept that let Fannie Mae tell its affordable housing story in the most authentic way possible: through the impressive individuals leading the charge within their organization. Introducing Team Affordable. The desired outcome of the campaign was ultimately to educate the public and housing industry on the steps Fannie Mae is taking to remedy the affordable housing crisis.

The campaign’s home on the web was a microsite packed with articles and rich media such as infographics and easily shareable social graphics. Supporting campaign placements like print, social, retargeting, and advertorial pieces lead back to the microsite and ultimately to a better understanding of why our country is facing this crisis, and what Fannie Mae is doing to create solutions for the problems roots.

A final key piece of the campaign was the creation of shareable infographics to break down this complex problem and the kinds of steps industry professionals can take to help keep affordable housing within the reach of the public.

Fannie Mae DE&I

Thrilled with the impact of the affordable housing campaign, Fannie Mae tasked us with developing the messaging strategy and key imagery for their brand new diversity and inclusion initiative. Fannie Mae believes everyone deserves a place to call home and strives to counter the issues that make housing unattainable for marginalized groups. We established a platform for the initiative’s messaging, as well as a flexible, collage-inspired design approach that showed how the entire housing industry can come together to create a future of equitable housing. The resulting campaign helped cement Fannie Mae as a thought leader and champion of a brighter future for the housing industry.
